The best:

(Tied, because I don’t like deciding.)

1. The Social Network

Pitch perfect. Really well crafted, if that makes sense. Jesse Eisenberg is awesome, too.

1. Black Swan

I actually gasped a bunch, and physically recoiled once. That doesn’t usually happen for me. Kitschy, maybe, and on the nose, definitely, but brilliant.

1. Scott Pilgrim vs. The World

I’ve never seen a movie look like this. Exciting and fun in a way no movie has really been before. Together with The Social Network, really hits the zeitgeist of 2010 beautifully.

1. Exit Through the Gift Shop

So funny, interesting, engaging, and mysterious. Is it a documentary? Who cares. It’s fun as hell.

Also quite good:

Winter’s Bone

Joan Rivers: A Piece of Work

Catfish

Probably some other things I forgot
