I’ve always wanted to make my own movie!!! But it’s hard to start from scratch so I bought the movie rights to one of my favorite books Eeeee Eee Eeee by Tao Lin! It’s such an imaginative work — I simply love it :-)
As a librarian, I feel that I have a special perspective into books. I have been a librarian for almost three years now =) And I plan to make this movie just by using my co-workers at the library — this includes librarians, customer service reps/specialists/supervisors, and custodians! Everyone at the library is so talented and I am so happy that my co-workers want to act in my movie — for free ;)
Special thanks to my lawyer friend in Atlanta who is protecting me from bad things, to Valerie Merians for helping me get a contract and a good deal, to Tao Lin for writing a pretty good book, and also to my cat who recently passed away ;’-C
Gosh, I guess buying the movie rights to the book means I have to do work now. And I will! I will get started on the script ASAP — tomorrow ;)
