This is what I do all day, every day. Every time someone mentions GroupMe anywhere (Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, anywhere Google indexes…) an update is sent to my phone. I answer every support email—over a thousand of them in about two months—and usually within a few minutes.
Leave it to some dude on the internet to make me feel inadequate at my job. He wasn’t even necessarily saying that we don’t do that already—just that we should. I don’t know.
Whatever, man. I read and respond to every word. Don’t need any bloated software for that.
